Technical Support/ Customer Service Rep Needed

PCSecurityShield is seeking a highly motivated individual that can work within our customer service department.  This position is ideal for someone ready to take charge of their career and grow with our company.

This is a full time position that includes sick days and vacation days.  Hours are open to daytime/evening/weekend shifts.  Our hours range M-Sun.. 8am-12pm.  We are hiring for ALL shifts!.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Ability to answer customer questions and solve issues regarding PCSecurityShield software, provide technical support, and resolve day to day customer service requests.
  • Provide customers with fast, thorough, and enthusiastic responses, and provide complete follow through when necessary.
  • Answer customer questions via in bound calls and emails.
  • Effective communication, verbal and written, is a must.
  • Individual must have superior judgment as to when to seek assistance on higher level technical assistance.
  • Other duties will arise.  PCSecurityShield employees must be open to wearing many hats.  The ability to be a team player is critical to your success within this company.
